Actis HControl Hybrid
A thin multifoil insulation with built-in vapour control for pitch roofs, timber frame and masonry walls and suspended timber floor applications.
Designed for use with Actis Hybris, however, Actis HControl can be used in conjunction with any type of insulation.
Works by reflecting radiant heat using the outside reflective layers while the inner core elements reduce heat loss through conduction and convection methods.
Very quick and easy to install.
Reduces the number of installation steps and over-all thickness to achieve the required U-Value.
Highly durable, does not create thermal bridging by sagging, shrinking or deforming.

Actis' dual action vapour control and thermal multifoil insulation, HControl Hybrid, is suitable for use in pitch roofs, ceilings, timber frame and masonry walls as well as suspended timber floor applications.

Core
Actis HControl Hybrid multifoil is a premium performance vapour control and thermal multifoil consisting of 20 layers of coated metal polyolefin films, polyolefin foams and polyester wadding.
Facings
Faced on both sides with reflective coated metal reinforced polyolefin films.

Standards & Approval
Actis Hcontrol Hybrid has been assessed in accordance with the BM TRADA Q-Mark Scheme for Construction Products. The product meets the requirements of the Q-Mark Scheme and EN 13984 and is intended for use in Roofs, Walls, Ceilings and Floors. It has a water vapour transmission resistance of Z≥1000 MNs/g, a water tightness rating of Class W1 and is totally airtight. HControl Hybrid also provides complementary thermal insulation performance although it is outside the scope of BS EN 13984. The insulation properties have been tested according to EN 16012 with a core R-value declared at 1.90m2K/W, an external emissivity declared at 0.06 and an R-value with 2 adjacent air gaps of 20mm declared at 3.20 m2K/W. HControl Hybrid is registered within the BM TRADA Q-Mark Scheme for Construction Products.
