Kingspan Kooltherm K103, a rigid Phenolic foam insulation board with glass tissue on both faces, is suitable for the following applications: beam and dense block floors, between floor joists, suspended timber ground floors, between and under floor joists, concrete ground based floors, floating ground floors, upgrading concrete slab floors, and garage conversions.
Available in thicknesses from 25mm - 140mm.
Has a Thermal Conductivity of 0.019 W/mK, a compressive strength of 120kPa and a Vapour Resistance that typically exceeds 370 MNs/gm.

Kingspan Kooltherm K5, a rigid Phenolic foam insulation board with glass tissue on both faces, is suitable for the following applications: external wall applications with render systems.
Available in thicknesses from 20mm - 70mm.
Has a Thermal Conductivity ranging from 0.023 - 0.020 W/mK, a compressive strength of 120kPa and a Vapour Resistance that typically exceeds 300 MNs/gm.

Kingspan Kooltherm K106, a rigid Phenolic foam insulation board with a water-tight, vapour-open polypropylene fleece on the outer facing and a low emissivity composite foil on the inner face, is suitable for use in cavity wall applications with a 10mm residual cavity to the outer leaf, for walls up to 25m.
Available in thickness 90mm.
Has a Thermal Conductivity of 0.019 W/mK and a compressive strength of 120kPa.

Kingspan Kooltherm K118, a rigid Phenolic foam insulation board with a 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum based plasterboard on the front facing and a perforated low emissivity composite foil on the hidden face, is suitable for use in wall applications where it is mechanically fixed to timber frames or steel wall linings as well as adhesive bonded (dot and dab) to brick, block, or concrete walls.
