Warmline Insulation
Warmline EPS Laminate, PIR Laminate, XPS Laminate and PIR Ply Laminate.
Warmline boards are fabricated by bonding EPS, XPS or PIR insulation to plasterboard or ply wood.
As these items are fabircated in the depot, they are normally more cost effective than their equivalent branded options as well as offering more flexibility in the thickness of insulation used.

Warmline EPS Laminate, a rigid EPS polystyrene insulation board with a 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard on the front face, is suitable for the following applications: dot and dab or mechanically fixed dry lining direct to masonry and timber or steel frame walls and the underside of rafters or joists and window reveals.
Available in thicknesses from 22mm - 50mm.

Warmline PIR Laminate, a rigid PIR foam insulation board with a tapered edge plasterboard on the front face and craft paper or composite aluminium foil on the hidden face*, is suitable for the following applications: dot and dab or mechanically fixed dry lining direct to masonry and timber or steel frame walls and the underside of rafters or joists.
* 29.5mm - 62.5mm have craft paper while 72.5mm - 92.5mm have aluminium foil on the hidden face

Warmline XPS Laminate, a rigid XPS polystyrene insulation board with a 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard on the front face, is suitable for the following applications: dot and dab or mechanically fixed dry lining direct to masonry and timber or steel frame walls and the underside of rafters or joists and window reveals.
Available in thicknesses from 27mm - 55mm.

Warmline PIR Ply Laminate, a rigid PIR foam insulation board with 6mm ply wood sheet on the front face and aluminium foil on the hidden face, is suitable for the following applications: flat roof decking waterproofed with mechanically fixed, bonded or torch-on membrane systems.
