Premium performance rigid Phenolic full-fill cavity wall insulation board, 10mm cavity

A full-fill option as an alternate to the Kingspan K108 partial fill boards.

New lower Lambda Value (Thermal Conductivity) 0.019 W/mK… The most thermally efficient commonly used insulating board.

Used for insulating cavity walls with a 10mm residual cavity up to 25m high.

The water–tight, vapour–open polypropylene fleece outer facing protects against moisture penetration.

Unaffected by air infiltration. Resists moisture penetration by allowing a clear cavity to be maintained.

Boards are designed to fit easily with standard brick and block dimensions.

Thicknesses and Availability:

Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times apply as we may need to get the products in from Kingspan before delivering to site.

This Kooltherm Range includes the following readily available product thickness: 90mm.

The following thickness is manufactured to order and may have minimum order requirements: 115mm.

Kingspan Kooltherm K106 is sent out from depots nationwide and is subject to the Local Depot Delivery minimum order levels and delivery charge thresholds.

Limited stock may be held at some of our larger depots, and thus, available on shorter lead times than the availability rating suggests.

External wall insulating board for render systems

Kingspans premium performance lower-lambda value phenolic foam board, Kooltherm K106, is suitable for use in cavity wall applications with a 10mm residual cavity to the outer leaf, for walls up to 25m.

Product Make-up

Core: Kingspan Kooltherm K106 cavity board is a premium performance rigid thermoset fibre–free phenolic insulant.

Facings: Faced with a water-tight, vapour-open polypropylene fleece on the outer facing, while the inner face is a low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
